Hadassah Dinner Held in Chicago

Fourteen hundred men and women attended a Hadassah dinner here tonight. It was the first time men were invited.

The Stevens Hotel was crowded with attendants, some of whom paid $50 a plate. Prices for plates ranged from $5 to $50 and averaged $25.

Dr. Stephen S. Wise, of New York, was the main speaker. Mrs. Wise also spoke. She was the guest of honor.

Mrs. S. H. Scboroff, chairman of the Hadassah banquet committee, reported on the total amount of funds raised.
