The eighth annual Jewish Book Week in America will be observed this year during the week of April 29 to May 5. This celebration, coincident with Lag B’Omar, known to Jewry as the Scholar’s Festival, serves annually to remind the Jew of his contribution to world’s civilization through literature.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
