Counsellor Samuel Raff, candidate for the Assembly, established a record of some kind this week: he addressed eight different meeting in one night.

At all meetings he cited his qualifications, appealed for the support of Republican voters, asserted that he owes no allegiance to any boss or self-constituted committee, and pledged that he will honestly and unselfishly serve the people if he is elected.
