The local chapter of Junior Hadassah at its monthly meeting elected Miss Dora Menter head of the group for the year. Other officers chosen were: Misses Ray Rose first vice-president; Irene Roth. second vice-president: Jeannette Rosenthal, corresponding secretary; Eva Steickmiester, secretary; Hannah Seidel, treasurer, and Dorothy Abrams, financial secretary.
