The tenth anniversary of the installation of Rev. Dr. Philip David Bookstaber as rabbi of Ohey Sholom Temple was observed at the services here last evening. Rev. Dr. David Philipson of Cincinnati, dean of Reform rabbis in America, who installed Rabbi Bookstaber here, spoke.
