Dr. Mordecai Soltes, director of education of the National Jewish Welfare Board, will install the new officers of the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of the Jewish Center of Jackson Heights, 72-25 Woodside avenue, tonight.
Rabbi Armond E. Cohen who is leaving the center to assume a new post in Cleveland, will deliver a farewell address. There will be a musical program.
