In compliance with a suggestion by Rabbi Julius Rappaport of Beth Hillel Temple, an inter-creed rally at which many churches were represented was held at the Methodist Church here.
A capacity audience heard Dr. Rappaport in a plea for a united effort against intolerance and misunderstanding.
“Why not magnify the things we have in common instead of the differences?” the rabbi asked.
