Henrietta Szold Joins Women’s Group of AJC

Henrietta Szold, founder of Hadassah, in a communication sent from Jerusalem to Mrs. Stephen S. Wise, has joined the Women’s Association of the American Jewish Congress.

Miss Szold, who is chairman of the Bureau for the Settlement of Refugee Children in Palestine, has joined the organization as an expression of her deep interest in the work which it is doing to combat Nazism in the United States, she announced.
