Pelley and Two Aides to Be Tried in July, Solicitor Announces

Solicitor Zeb V. Nettles announced yesterday that William Dudley Pelley, the Silver Shirt Chief, and his two associates, Robert Summerville and Dou D. Kellogg, who are under indictment for alleged violation of the state “blue sky” laws, will be tried during the July term of the Buncombe County Superior Court, which begins July 23.
