Pericles Rhallis, Governor General of Macedonia who entered upon his duties today, said that racial differences mean nothing to him.
“I know the Jewish people.” he said, “and appreciate their qualities.”
The statement is considered significant in view of the presence of an anti – Semitic organization known as the EEE.
