the prosecution’s evidence against him, when the court ruled that not sufficient evidence to hold him was presented. Moshe Svorai was found not guilty by the court at the same time the four others were held guilty.

The seven defendants were charged with organization of an alleged association, the Brith Biryonim, which allegedly aimed to excite disaffection with the Mandatory Power and the Palestine government.

The Brith Biryonim, according to the prosecution, was organized in November, 1931, as a secret terroristic organization. Twenty-three Revisionists were arrested throughout Palestine in wide raids conducted by the Palestine police last July on charges of belonging to the organization. Most of them were subsequently freed. The trial which concluded yesterday was an outcome of these raids.
