The New York Society of Friends announced yesterday through the National Committee to Aid the Victims of German Fascism that it has joined the campaign of protest against the People’s Courts in Germany, which it calls “legalized political terror.”
The committee also announced that liberation for Ernst Thaelmann and Ernst Torgler, German anti-Fascist leaders, will be the theme of a July 4 celebration of the Steel and Metal Workers Industrial Union in Newark.
