Plans for women’s activities to be held in the new women’s building on the fair grounds during fair week in Syracuse in September, which were announced by the advisory committee, state that Mrs. Herbert H. Lehman, wife of the Governor, has accepted an invitation to speak at the dedication ceremony, which will be followed by a reception in her honor.
