Dr. Kurt Rosenfeld, exiled former Minister of Justice in Prussia, now in this country, will speak at a luncheon meeting of the legal committee of the Non-Sectarian Anti-Nazi League, to be held at Rosoff’s Restaurant, 147 West 43rd Street, on Monday. J. George Fredman is chairman of the Legal Committee.
