Dr. Stephen S. Wise, honorary president of the American Jewish Congress, and Mrs. Wise, were to sail for Europe Saturday night aboard the S.S. Champlain for a two months’ survey of the German refugee situation. While abroad Dr. Wise will attend a meeting of the board of governors of Hebrew University, to be held in Zurich, Switzerland.
