That scolding not only fails of its object but even defeats its own end, is the belief expressed in a report on “Training the Orphan” by Aaron L. Jacoby, executive director of the Brooklyn Hebrew Orphan Asylum. The institution is an affiliation of the Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities.
