Judge Julien Mignon de Freitas, Relieving President of the District Court who sat in appellate capacity in the Stavsky case, will leave Palestine at the end of August to take up his new appointment as Judge of the Mixed Court in Cairo, an institution established under the Capitulations Act, it was learned today.
