All is well in Germany, forty members of the Schwenkfelder Church who have just returned from a pilgrimage to their native Silesia and from a tour of Germany, reported.

The pilgrims took the trip in celebration of the 200th anniversary of the arrival of their ancestors in America.

“There is not the slightest unrest,” the report, written while the pilgrims were in Germany, reads, “The only sad fact still is the church discord which, however, is in no wise directed against the Hitler government. None of the pastors have hitherto been prevented from preaching the unadulterated word of God. But the Communists have been prevented from making attacks upon Christianity.”
