Intense nationalism in Germany, an almost outcast Mosley in England, and 80,000 anti-Fascists organized as the “Croix de Feu” in France, were observed and recorded by Russell Potter, Director of the Institute of Arts and Sciences at Columbia University, in his series of “Letters From Europe,” written during his stay abroad during the past two months.
