Funeral services were held yesterday for Charles J. Peine, 56 years old, who died suddenly at his home Sunday following a heart attack. He was a brother of the late Adolphus G. Peine, formerly vice-president of the Alfred Decker and Cohn Clothing Company. He is survived by a widow and a son.
