The Ukrainian Commissariat of Agriculture today announced that it would aid in the upbuilding of the Jewish autonomous region of Biro-Bidjan. Six trained agronomists and four veterinary surgeons employed in the commissariat have been dispatched to Biro-Bidjan. Thanks to the gifts of the Ukrainians Biro-Bidjan will have a veterinary surgeon in each of the four districts and research laboratory.
In addition the Ukrainians announced a gift of twenty-eight specially picked stallions for breeding purposes, forty-five agricultural machines and spare parts for tractors and other machines used ### agriculture.
