A rally and moving picture show will take place Sunday 10 A.M. at the Dewey Theatre, 2,384 Coney Island avenue, Brooklyn, under the auspices of the Beth El Jewish Center of Flatbush Hebrew School, 1,219 Avenue T. Speakers will include Rabbi Charles M. Rubel, spiritual leader of the Beth El Jewish Center of Flatbush; Israel Lewis, president, and Samuel Friedman, chairman of the Board of Education.
