Month ago, Julius Streicher, editor of the notorious anti-Semitic weekly, Der Stuermer, announced that the world meeting of the anti-Semites would take place in Nuremberg. A separate congress was scheduled for Brussels. After prolonged negotiations the two groups joined and announced that a joint congress would be held in Brussels on September 22. For some unexplained reason the opening date of the conference was postponed.
