A cable requesting the League of Nations to demand written guarantees of safety for Jews of the Saar after the plebiscite has been sent to Geneva by the Zionist-Revisionist Organization of America, following a meeting of the Revisionists at the Hotel Pennsylvania.

Addressed to the Council of the League of Nations, the cable asks that all governments “in whose hands the administration of the Saar may be placed after the impending plebiscite” be required to give written guarantees “that each of them will fully protect the rights of the Jews residing in the region.”
