Mrs. Herbert H. Lehman, wife of the Governor, will entertain officers and members of the Women’s Division of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies at a tea this afternoon. The tea will be held at Mrs. Lehman’s New York home, 820 Park avenue at three o’clock. It is being sponsored by a Committee of the Women’s Division of Federation under the chairmanship of Mrs. Richard J. Bernhard.
