An indictment on a charge of criminal libel against William L. McLaughlin, vice-president of the D-Z Publishing Corporation and editor of the Nazi Deutsche Zeitung’s English supplement, was handed down yesterday by the October Kings County Grand Jury, sitting in the Central Court Building, Brooklyn, with County Judge Alonzo G. McLaughlin presiding.
