The bazaar is the first of a series of fund-raising undertakings which this committee is organizing in response to urgent appeals for assistance for German refugees who have fled into the Saar territory.

Copies of books burned in the Nazi bonfire, a year and a half ago, will be sold, stars of stage, screen and radio will entertain and exiled German musicians will play, according to the plans of the committee in charge of arrangements.
