Boro Park Zionists will observe the seventeenth anniversary of the issuance of the Balfour Declaration tomorrow night at the Zion Center, 13th avenue and Forty-seventh street, Brooklyn, Rabbi Moses J. S. Abeles announced yesterday.
Consummation of peace agreements between the Revisionist and Labor parties will also be celebrated. Abraham Goldberg, Zionist leader and writer, and Morris Margulies, secretary of the Zionist Organization of America, will be the principal speakers. Mr. Margulies will officiate at the installation of new officers of the Boro Park District.
