Ralph D. Blumenfeld, president of the board of directors of the London Daily Express, has been elected to fill a new office created by the Court, following the decision of the Prince of Wales to continue as Master of the Worshipful Company of Stationers and Newspaper Makers.
The post which Mr. Blumenfeld takes over is that of Deputy Master.
