In order to acquaint its membership with the message of volunteer social service, the Young Men’s and Women’s Division of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies will conduct a tour of the Hospital for Joint Diseases, 124th street and Madison avenue, this Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock.

The tour is under the auspices of the volunteer service committee of the group which has already, this year, placed 160 volunteer workers in fifty-two institutions and hospitals.

Three hundred Jewish families of Bieltzy, Russia, were engaged in the liquor trade in 1896, when the government established a monopoly.
