Religious and racial intolerance were deplored by three church leaders, a rabbi, a Catholic priest and a Protestant minister, at a symposium conducted by the Men’s Club of Temple Emanu-El.

Rabbi Joseph Gitlin, Temple spiritual leader; Rev. Henry B. Laudenbach, pastor of the St. Louis Church, and Rev. Ralph B. Hindman, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, were outspoken in their condemnation of religious and racial discrimination in this country, Germany and Mexico.
