Intervention by Jewish organizations here has resulted in the Belgian government extending to February 15 the time limit allowed German refugees who have indicated their intention of going to Palestine and America.

The extension has not, however, served to check police activities in the Jewish quarters in Antwerp. The police, it was reported today, carried out new raids in the section and made many arrests.
