and to proceed to Silesia may carry some consequences for Streicher, even in Franconia. He may be transferred from Franconia against his will.

The fact that Herr Wagner was appointed merely as the acting-governor of Silesia was interpreted here today as an indication that the position in Silesia remains open for Streicher and that his refusal to accept this position is not yet final.
