Jew ‘incompetent’ As Judge in Nazi Trial

No Jewish judge in Germany is competent to preside over a case in which a member of the Nazi party is involved, it was ruled here today.

The ruling was issued in the case of a Nazi defendant who refused to appear in court because the judge happened to be a Jew. The defendant was being sued by Jew.
