The peace pact signed in London between the World Zionist executive and the Zionist Revisionists was approved today by the world council of the Poale Zion now in session here, but secret reservations were attached, it was understood.

Confidential resolutions embodying reservations were dispatched to the Mapai, Jewish Workers Party of Palestine, for their guidance in negotiations with the Revisionists.

Warsaw Yiddish papers were completely puzzled by the nature of the secret resolutions. Some reported that an agreement had been reached with the Revisionists, which provided that all Palestine workers organizations retain the right to strike.
