Mizra Ohmad Sohub, director of the New History Society, will speak on “Youth and Peace” Monday night at Union Temple, 17 Eastern parkway, Brooklyn, before the Teachers Forum of the Junior Federation-division of the Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities.
On January 14 Harry M. Peyser, chief estate tax attorney for the State Tax Commission, will address the Trades Forum of the Junior Federation at the Jewish Community House, Seventy-ninth street and Bay parkway, Brooklyn, on “The Gentle Art of Taxation.”
Professor Paul Brissendon of Columbia University will speak on January 16 at the Kings Highway Jewish Center, Avenue P and East Twelfth street, Brooklyn, before the Accountants Forum of the Junior Federation on “Organized Labor Under NRA.”
