Miss Ruth Posselt, twenty-one-year-old American violinist, is due in on the Olympic this morning for her first concert tour of the United States. She will give her first New York recital at Town Hall February 4.

During the last three years Miss Posselt has been touring Europe. Her father was an accompanist of the late Dame Nellie Melba, famous singer. She is a native of Medford, Mass.

The Jews of Daghestan, like their neighbors, used to go heavily armed, even wearing their weapons when they slept.
