Without editorial comment of any kind The Nation reprints a group of “Quotations from the Nazi Press Selected and Classified by John Gunther” under the title “The Hitlerites on Hitlerism.”
Although many of these gems of intellectual thought were noted in the Jewish Daily Buletin when they first saw the light of day, excerpts from Gunther’s compendium, which comprises a more damning footnote on Nazism than anything its bitterest enemies ever have said against it, are repeated below:

WAR OR PEACE
