The entire house for the second performance of “Bitter Oleander” at the Lyceum Theatre, on Tuesday evening, has been purchased by the Orphan Aid Auxiliary of the Pride of Judea Children’s Home of Brooklyn, it was announced Friday. Miss Helen Wachstetter is chairman of the theatre party committee.
Elizabeth Wysor, a pupil of Paul Bender and Margaret Matzenauer, will make her New York debut at Town Hall March 1. She has been heard before in Munich, Boston, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati.
