The New England conference for the United Jewish Appeal will be held at the Hotel Statler here next Sunday. Morris Rothenberg and Joseph C. Hyman of the Zionist Organization of America; Elihu D. Stone and Judge Jacob J. Kaplan will be among the speakers.
A dramatic presentation based on the life of Maimonides will be the feature of the Purim night celebration to be held here on March 19 by the Temple Mishkan Tefila. The pageant was written by Mrs. H. H. Rubenovitz, wife of the Temple’s rabbi. A cast of about 200 men and women are scheduled to participate in the performance.
