A definite statement that the Jews will not be admitted into the German army is made today in the official organ of the Blackshirt Storm Troopers, the troop assigned to guard Hitler and his immediate assistants.
“Jews will not be admitted even as privates,” the statement says. “The Hitler government will not repeat the mistake which the government of Kaiser Wilhelm made by admitting Jews into army ranks.”
The paper states that efforts were made on the part of Jewish organizations to gain admission for Jews under the present conscription. The leaders of these organizations were answered that there is no room for a Jew in the German army, the paper declares.
