Many small towns throughout the United States have been induced to organize campaigns in behalf of the United Jewish Appeal by means of mail correspondence from the Appeal’s headquarters here, it was announced yesterday by William Rosenwald, co-chairman of the national campaign. The usual procedure involves the use of field directors who organize and conduct the campaigns.
