Impressive services were held at the Presidio Chapel here under the auspices of the Jewish Welfare Board, when a sanctuary lamp and plaque, the gift of the San Francisco Jewish community, was dedicated and accepted by the Army authorities. Rabbi Irving Reichert of Temple Emanu-El delivered the principal address and Lieut. Col. Jesse C. Colman of the Board, presented the lamp.
