Sixty per cent of the Jews who are permitted to center Palestine under the last labor schedule will be unmarried persons, the Near East correspondent of the Neue Freie Presse reports today.

“This,” the paper writes, “means a great shrinkage of Jewish immigrants.”

The Neue Freie Presse reveals ##at the Palestine government has embarked on a definite policy to prevent the Jews from becoming a majority in Palestine.

“The future policy of the Jews with regard to Palestine will therefore be directed to meet the fundamental change which the Mandatory Power has made in its attitude as far as a Jewish majority in Palestine is concerned,” the correspondent writes.
