The Pariser Tageblatt, a German newspaper published here, reports that it has received information from Germany that Heinrich Stahl, president of the Berlin Jewish Community, was forbidden to speak in public by an order issued by Dr. Frick, the Reichsminister of Interior.

Dr. Stahl returned recently from a visit to Palestine and delivered an address in Berlin in which he warned Jews not to emigrate from Germany before they have a definite possibility of establishing themselves in Palestine or some other country. It was for this speech that the German authorities decided to prohibit Dr. Stahl from making any public addresses in the future.
