Denver Jews Near End of Campaign

The Jewish community of Denver, under the leadership of Isidore Amter, chairman, and Charles Rosenbaum, co-chairman, was today started on the last lap of its effort to raise $25,000 for the Allied Jewish Campaign in which the United Jewish Appeal is a major beneficiary.

Associated with the chairman and co-chairman on the campaign committee are: Israel Friedman, secretary; Dr. Lewis I. Miller, treasurer; Mrs. Max Grimes, chairman of the women’s division; Simon J. Heller, chairman of the lawyers’ division; Dr. J. M. Morris and Dr. David Tepley, chairmen of the medical division; and the following executive committee: Isidore Amter, Milton Anfenger, Ben Englander, Israel Friedman, David E. Harlem, Adolph Kiesler, Dr. Lewis I. Miller, Charles Rosenbaum, Benjamin Solomon, Louis Stern, and Dr. Eli A. Miller.
