Segal, Soviet Chemist, Dies in Moscow at 40

Dr. Abram Segal, one of the most prominent scientists in the Soviet Union, died here suddenly today at the age of 40.

Dr. Segal was one of the leading chemists in Russia, and served as secretary of the Institute for Organic Chemistry.
