An appeal to the Jews of Berlin to conduct themselves with the utmost restraint, was today issued by the executive board of the Berlin Jewish Community.

The Jewish Community leaders urged especially that Jews be careful of their behavior in public places and restaurants, and not to let themselves be provoked by humiliating acts and ridicule of the Nazis, because the latter are looking for the least pretext to wreak their wrath on Jews.
