The recently formed World Zionist Confederation, consisting of Group “A” Zionists, who seceeded from the World Union at the Cracow conference, will hold a convention in Lucerne beginning August 18, two days before the scheduled opening of the World Zionist Congress, it was announced here today. At this conference the policies of the new body will be definitely decided on, the announcement states.
