The cornerstone was laid here today for the new building to house the trade school named after Max Pine, American Jewish labor leader.

The Max Pine Institute will be built in recognition of the efforts of the late head of the United Hebrew Trades in New York to enlist the sympathy of American Jewish workers for Zionism.
